Abstract The effective application of any machining process relies on its ability to machine the part/material with high efficiency and better surface finish. Electrical discharge is considered as a non-conventional method which well established used for manufacture parts have geometrically complex shapes intricate profiles. This technique came out making dies mere tools other manufacturing process. From several years various researches are going ameliorate parameters consists characteristics such roughness (SR), Material Removal Rate (MRR) tool wear rate (TWR) etc. One that up advancement in capabilities EDM Powder Mixed Discharge Machining (PMEDM). presence fine metal particles dielectric fluid enhance properties. It includes increase spark gap between electrode work also reduction insulating strength. increases finish material removal becomes more stable. present paper brings review research done by authors across world adding powder mixed working fluid. behaviour powders when (working fluid) been studied observed many researchers.
